Visa support

We provide foreigners who stay in our hotel with a Visa Invitation. The price of this extra service is 500 rubles. You also need to pay for the first night of your stay as a deposit. The payment for the first night and the visa voucher is not refundable in case of not getting the visa.

To order visa support please contact our front desk manager by email hotel@shelfort.ru. To obtain a Visa Invitation you will need to provide your passport details and the dates of your stay. You can pay for the service online on our website.
